Your shipment
Send the courier’s notice and shipment details first. We’ll check the reason for the hold, the documents required and whether we can take on the clearance. Any broker handover must be coordinated with the courier.
There are clearance workflows that allow an appointed customs broker to act for the importer. The courier must confirm the handover procedure for your shipment. Authorization, document-release fees or other requirements may apply.

Documents & foreign passports
Formal clearance may require Customs registration. We’ll check the importer named on your shipment and any existing registration. Registration and product permits are separate requirements.
For registration through an authorized representative, Customs’ published guidance requires an original passport and a copy. We’ll confirm the identity documents and submission requirements for your case.
Some steps require signed authorization. We’ll confirm the forms, who must sign them and any original documents needed after reviewing your courier’s request.
Yes. Attachments are optional. Describe the shipment and leave a contact method so we can start reviewing the request. You can send the notice, invoice or photos on WhatsApp later.
Fees & timing
General courier parcels with general goods, up to 15 kg and up to five invoice lines start at THB 5,490. Large or relocation courier shipments start at THB 7,490 for shipments over 15 kg or more than five invoice lines, relocation or used goods. Product permits add THB 2,000 when required. Duties, import VAT and third-party charges are separate. Air cargo and importer registration are quoted separately. Final scope and fee are confirmed after document review.
